We are seeking a dedicated and professional Remote Customer Service/Customer Support Specialist/Help Desk Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Your primary duties will include addressing customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, troubleshooting problems, and offering product or service information. You will also assist with the management of support tickets, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed promptly and accurately, maintaining a positive customer experience at all times.
