We're seeking a top-tier Regional Sales Manager to drive growth for a leading manufacturer of wire & cable covering the Western US market. This pivotal role requires a strategic sales expert to expand their footprint in the electric utilities and engineering sectors. You'd be joining a top-tier company that values its team and offers a solid work/life balance.
Residency can be anywhere in the Western States near a major airport.
We’re looking for a sales background in either MV/HV applications (e.g., cable, substations, power grid, transmission & distribution) or renewables.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and growing existing business across the Western US territory
• Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies with targeted SWOT analysis
• Build and manage a network of manufacturing representatives
• Drive brand awareness in EPC and utility markets
• Cultivate strategic distributor relationships
• Represent the company at industry trade shows and events
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• 5-10+ years wire/cable sales experience
• Strong utility/distribution sales background
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven track record in strategic business development
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Position Details:
• 50% travel required
• A very strong and competitive comp package including base, commission, all health benefits, etc.
