Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop resident services staff.
• Establish a compliant medication system.
• Perform resident assessments and create service plans.
• Manage departmental budget and quality reviews.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Provide training and support to staff.
• Maintain positive relations with residents and families.

Qualifications:

• RN or LPN licensed as per state regulations.
• Experience in patient care and staff management.
• CPR certified and flexible work hours required.
