Wellness Center Coord - Medical Home Alliance

IMA Medical Group is seeking to hire a full-time Wellness Center Coordinator to provide coordinated services to our patients. Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure that all patients are treated with professionalism, courtesy, and compassion.
• Work with the Clinic Office Manager designing the Wellness Center Activity Schedule.
• Host all social events including Birthday Parties, Bingo, Domino, and Social Dances, among others.
• Market the center to other community businesses as well as participating physician offices and patients.
• Prepare participation reports.
• Ensure equipment is serviced as needed.
• Ensure the center is kept clean and organized.

• 1 year experience as a Wellness Coordinator, Activities Coordinator, Educator, Instructor, Tutor, Trainer, or related experience.
• Required languages: Spanish and English.
• Impeccable appearance.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
