Job Title: Welding Systems Integration Process Engineer
Duties: Utilize understanding of industrial product and distribution market to evaluate and recommend updates to process systems for MIG (Metal Inert Gas), MAG (Metal Active Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding and CNG (Computer Numerical Control) Plasma Cutting. Partner closely with Operations leaders to prioritize focus on bespoke and market new Cloud based project integration (EVOLVE). Communicate strategic information to Directors, including market intelligence, key customer data, competitive analysis and pricing information for traditional and new cloud base welding and Cutting equipment. Will perform services for company which develops, produces and sells welding and cutting equipment. The Company's main products are inverter welding machines, inverter cutting machines and PAPR (Powered Air Purifying Respirators) Systems. Position may include additional duties that utilize the required skills.
Requirements: Three years of experience as a Production Manager or related role. Experience must include:
1) Performing systematic reviews of Automation lines, and recommending updates to improve efficiency;
2) Processing and interpreting data relating to Production Yield ratios and profitability;
3) Implementing and maintaining cloud-based software, and utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Editor, Excel, Microsoft Word, Power-Point, and Quick Books;
4) Ensuring system compliance with relevant standards and certifications; and
5) Utilizing EVOLVE cloud-based process system for monitoring automated and general welding and cutting processes, and reviewing and maintaining key supply chain contracts.
Position requires up to 15% domestic and international travel.

Rate of Pay & Benefits: $117,624/Year, Benefits include: Med+dental+vis insurance. Opt to enroll 401K. Paid sick leave per state allocation guidelines & 3 wks vacation/year.
