Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Welding Assembler/General Laborer to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This position offers a diverse range of tasks throughout the shop and does not guarantee welding duties exclusively.

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately understand technical drawings, identify component placement, and welding requirements.

• Maintain equipment by cleaning and properly caring for welding machines and tools.

• Assist with general labor tasks such as material handling, equipment maintenance, and facility upkeep.

• Perform various tasks across the shop as needed.

Requirements:

• Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

• Willingness to perform a variety of tasks across the shop.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
