Job Title: Welder Inspector

Summary of Position: This position is responsible for inspecting complex parts using visual aids and inspection tools within Northstar's Manufacturing Department. Reports to the Production Supervisor and collaborates with all levels of employees.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual inspections of welded components.
• Utilize inspection tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Document inspection results and report discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in welding inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Effective communication skills.
