We're a leading manufacturing company in Lakeville, MN, seeking skilled Welders to join our growing team. If you're experienced, reliable, and passionate about high-quality craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG, TIG, or stick welding to produce quality parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and clean welding equipment and workspace.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with MIG, TIG, or stick welding (certifications preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule:

• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Overtime available on Fridays.
