JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Come join the Lippert team and become part of

announce our Welder Trainee Program! In just 6 weeks you learn how to
weld our custom towing and truck accessories from Certified Welding
Instructors. This is paid training! Upon successful completion of our
program you will be promoted to a Welder 1 and receive a pay increase!
Classes are available on 1st shift. Welder Trainee Our Welder Trainees
will learn and develop welding skills to align and fit fabricated steel
structures per engineer drawings. No experience necessary. Duties and
Responsibilities: Report to class on time. Report to class ready to
learn. Wear appropriate attire for production floor. (Long pants,
steel-toed boots or shoes, metatarsal guards) Listen and follow
instructions. Ask questions. Maintain safe and clean working environment
by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Working
Conditions: Fast-paced manufacturing environment. Classroom instruction.
Qualifications: Work Experience: No prior experience required. Prior
manufacturing experience beneficial. Computer Skills: Basic computer
skills helpful. Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to lift,
bend, and twist throughout the workday; will be required to lift between
50 to 75 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 90lbs occasionally. Why We
