Job Summary:
Our client, a Health and Life Insurance Brokerage firm, is seeking Remote Welcome Licensed Specialists. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for clients immediately after they enroll in a health insurance policy. Your primary responsibility is to ensure clients are fully informed about their new insurance policy, proficiently navigate the company health marketplace app, and understand the benefits of choosing our agency for their insurance needs. By building strong relationships, you will ensure clients feel confident and well-supported in managing their health insurance.
Responsibilities:
Identify client needs and provide personalized solutions to foster loyalty.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of all products and services offered.
Clearly communicate plan benefits, policies, and procedures.
Verify client applications for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with team members to resolve initial escalations.
Facilitate timely and accurate processing of declined payments.
Promote and cross-sell a variety of products and services.
Assist members with inquiries related to policies and application usage.
Utilize multiple systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
Send personalized welcome emails to new members.
Approach service and sales with integrity, composure, and empathy.
Stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
Required Skills:
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring multitasking.
Strong collaborative skills with colleagues, teams, and leadership.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer skills, including Office/Google Suites.

Certifications & Experience:
Active Tennessee Health/Life Insurance license.
Minimum one year of experience in customer service-related roles.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work for prolonged periods at a desk and in front of a computer.
Visual focus and concentration in front of a computer screen during shifts.
Reliable 6Mbps internet speed.
Headset with built-in microphone.
