SALARY : $58,700- $60,000.00 GRADE: 12 STATUS: Exempt COMMUNICATIONS CODE: 3
SCHEDULE: Full Time. Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Position Description:
The Welcome Center Manager will provide leadership to the Member Service, Account Associate, Receptionist and Play Care Associates. The WCM will provide the highest level of customer service to prospects and members/guests related to facility and member information, enrollment procedures, ongoing customer satisfaction, and membership recruitment and retention. Provide direction and oversight to Member Service and Play Care Associates related to the daily operations of the main reception area. Provide exemplary customer service and support the same by all Associates. Intervene with service recovery when conflicts and/or issues occur. The WCM will work in conjunction with the Wellness Director and the Sales and Marketing Manager to carry out intradepartmental HR efforts such as hiring/selection, progressive discipline, employee training and annual evaluations. Address member/guest complaints professionally, reporting concerns to Administration. Provide oversight regarding retail sales of Kroc merchandise, including monthly inventory (to finance), coordination of sales process with all associates, and purchasing items for sales, as necessary. Conduct regular staff meetings for Member Service and Play Care associates.
Qualifications:Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Business, Sales and Marketing or related field. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience in the sales and customer service field. 2-3 years of experience in management of customer service and other professionals. Excellent customer services, sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English, proficiency in oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to work and relate well with people. Driver’s License with two or less violations (moving or accidents). Must pass the Salvation Army Fleet Safety Driver’s Test. As a Mandated Reporter, must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting child abuse meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 within 30 days of employment with recurrent training required every three years thereafter. Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check.
