NOW HIRING: Weekend Warrior CNAs, LPNs and RNs

CNA Responsibilities You'll Love:

• ·        Assist Residents with daily living activities, to include, delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shift
• ·        Help Residents with personal hygiene
• ·        Observe Residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• ·        Document Resident food and fluid intake
• ·        Assist Residents with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
• ·        Making the Resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• ·        Transport Residents within the facility
• ·        Assist nurses and other staff as needed
• ·        Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures
• ·        Abide by all federal, state and local requirements and standards
• ·        Maintain the confidentiality of all Residents and Facility data

What We Look For:

• CNA in New Jersey (Required)
• New Grads are welcome

LPN and RN Responsibilities You'll Love:

• ·        Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• ·        Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• ·        Prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• ·        Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.
• ·        Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.
• ·        Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• ·        Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
• ·        Records on patient charts observation of patient’s responses to nursing care rendered.
• ·        Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients.
• ·        Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.

What We Look For:
