A five-star skilled nursing facility is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and ensure quality care for geriatric residents in a 100-bed center.

*Responsibilities include:*

Supervising nurses and aides

Collaborating with the Director of Nurses to implement changes

Monitoring resident care and reporting changes

Assessing newly admitted residents

Ensuring proper documentation by nursing staff

Acting as a liaison between nursing staff and physicians

Checking supplies and equipment functionality

*Requirements include:*

1 year of long-term care experience

New Jersey RN license

1 year of nursing experience

1 year as an RN Supervisor
