What You’ll Do

• Greet visitors, residents, and staff with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
• Assist with light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk area.
• Support the team with occasional special projects.

What We’re Looking For

• A friendly and approachable personality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus but not required!
