Salary: $21-$22 per hour!

Schedule: 8am-8pm

Requirements:

• Solid communication skills
• Friendly and a team player

Job Duties:

• Greet visitors upon entry and exit
• Manage multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages
• Monitor facility access for visitors, consultants, employees, and vendors
• Perform clerical tasks: filing, photocopying, and faxing
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and collaborative team player
