Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Night Shift at Signature HealthCARE, LLC

Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. Signature HealthCARE – Excelerated Care is a designated short stay unit specializing in rehabilitation and clinical services for those recovering from a surgery, illness, injury, or a recent hospital stay. The unit is comprised of dedicated staff, private suites, select dining options, and much more to assist patient’s road to recovery so we can “Move them Forward”to their next destination!

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.  
• Supervision of day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants  
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines and regulations and as required by Director of Nursing. 
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility. 

• Possess and Active LPN license in the state of residence 
• Current/active CPR Certification 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity. 
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
