• Work with PPD, Client and any other relevant departments to further define the project goals, objectives and scope.
• Develop the project management plan based on priorities and timelines tied to funding.
• Manage meetings, notes, schedules and ensure final products are completed to satisfaction.
• Assign tasks to team members based on their expertise and availability.
• Facilitate communication among designers, developers, and other team members.
• Identify potential risks related to the website redesign process.
• Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
• Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the allocated budget.
• Address any cost overruns promptly.
• Track project progress against the established timeline.
• Adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with QA testers to ensure thorough testing of the redesigned website.
• Address any defects or issues identified during testing.
• Manage changes requested during the redesign process.
• Evaluate their impact on the project and adjust plans accordingly.
• If external vendors or contractors are involved, coordinate their activities.
• Ensure alignment with project goals.
• Plan the deployment strategy for the new website.
• Coordinate the launch process, including server setup, DNS changes, and content migration.
• Monitor website performance, user engagement, and traffic post-launch.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize any areas that need improvement.
