About the Job
We are seeking a Website Manager for the Marketing Technology Department.
The ideal Website Manager is passionate about creating impactful digital experiences for mission-driven organizations. As an SEO and web content expert, you will craft high-ranking, high-converting pages with compelling calls to action. You will make data-based decisions and apply UI/UX and accessible design principles to reduce friction and delight website visitors.
With experience in website redesigns, you can expect to wireframe, prototype, map content, and work within a CMS using a combination of code and templates to transform concepts into reality. You must understand a website's role in omnichannel marketing and are eager to enhance Credit Human's digital footprint. You will excel at creating documentation, brainstorming, and sharing knowledge. And can expect to thrive on collaborating with a team to bring innovative ideas to life.

Highlights:
- As a SME for the website, work with peers to develop advertising campaign concepts and tactics that align with the organization’s strategic objectives and our omnichannel capabilities
- Gather necessary information from peers and internal stakeholders and conduct competitive research to aid in the creation of landing pages and other website assets (banners, web content items, etc.) needed to support the campaign
- Create website benchmark data (industry and Credit Human) and continually track performance of the site against established benchmarks
- Provide ongoing site health and performance reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual) to marketing leadership and ad hoc data to peers, internal business units, and external third parties as needed
- Act as a liaison to our third-party development partner and manage their workload by monitoring and approving hours used per month
Experience:
Required
- 5+ years of experience optimizing website conversion journeys and site performance through technical, UI/UX and accessibility best practices, website data, SEO, and A/B and multi-variant testing
- 5+ years of experience using and administering a content management system (such as Hubspot, Kentico, Wordpress, etc.) with external data sources and APIs
- 3+ years of experience writing and publishing website content
- 3+ years of Google Analytics experience
- Must have knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to marketing and websites
- Project management experience
- Working knowledge of web accessibility standards
- Working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Azure
Preferred
- Experience in the financial services industry, specifically banking
- UI/UX design experience
- Website redesign experience (has led the process or contributed heavily as SME and/or stakeholder)
- Content marketing and/or inbound marketing experience
- Experience using Workfront, Jira or similar tools
Education:
Required
- 4-year college degree in Marketing, computer science, information technology, web development or related field

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
Salary Range: $75,987 to 83,697 Annually
Flexibility: In office, on site; not remote or hybrid
