Required Education:
• Bachelor’s degree
Required Qualifications:
• 10 – 15 years of experience as a hands-on technology architect/leader with 5-8 years of experience in building supporting mobile first websites and similar experience leading teams
• Full stack development skills (node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React, JavaScript and other web frameworks)
• 4-5 years of experience in Tech SEO (Search Engine Optimization) leading market leading websites
• 2+ years of experience in Senior Care Industry
• Experience in implementing Customer Data Platforms, Analytics tools, A/B Testing framework, marketing integrations
• 2-3 years of experience in building web rendering engines
• 4-5 years of experience in optimizing web sites for performance, including proven track record of improving Core Web Vitals as defined by Google
• Full stack experience in supporting and executing web redesigns
• Expertise in Google Search Console
• Highly collaborative, results driven, team player
Web Technology Architect Responsibilities:
• New architecture to publish, render and deliver pages
• The website must be modular, fast, Search Engine Optimized (SEO), and support A/B testing
• New rendering engine/approach to deliver pages that are responsive, fast and pass Google Core Web Vitals check
• Architect our Search Engine Marketing pages to ensure we can target multiple campaigns across Google, and Bing
• The landing pages must support A/B testing and be optimized for performance across mobile, desktop and tablets
• Landing pages that are powered with the new approach
• Evaluate Content Management System along with publishing strategy and implement and optimize the right solution
• Report and suggested approach if needed
• Implement Customer Data Platform (CDP), Analytics, Heat Mapping tools, technical SEO tools
• Implement development processes to ensure developer productivity, and multiple release deployments
• New established development process and build deployment approach
• Implement marketing acquisition third party software as needed
• Develop API’s framework and web widgets for B2B partnerships for lead acquisition
• Work with our shared services organization to ensure the cloud (Azure) environments are optimized for hosting highly scalable, and resilient web sites
• Roadmap to modernize deployment pipelines and move to container-based hosting
• Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Marketing, and Operational teams to deliver new designs
• Evaluate and optimize talent needed to run a multi-faceted website that is performant, and SEO optimized
• Talent upgrade/upskill plan
