Position Available for Experienced Attorney at Vibrant, Collaborative Doylestown Law Firm

Are you an experienced attorney seeking a new opportunity in wealth planning? Look no further! Our Doylestown law firm seeks a highly skilled attorney to join our team. With a heavy focus on tax, trusts, and estate work, this position handles estate planning transactions for business and real estate interests. We require a strong background in estate planning and wealth preservation techniques, specifically in Federal Estate, Gift, and GST tax planning.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business succession planning, including knowledge of business and transactional tax issues, as well as general estate planning and administration. Strong academic credentials, such as an LL.M. in Taxation or pursuing an LL.M. in Taxation, are a must. Admission to the PA bar is required, and admission to the NJ, NY, and/or FL bars is a plus. We are looking for someone with 3-6 years of experience in this field. However, portables are not required, as we value your expertise and potential over client lists.
