About the Job
Join the global financial giant, JPMorgan Chase & Co, in our Asset & Wealth Management division, a leader in providing comprehensive financial services to a diverse clientele. As part of the Investment Solutions team, you'll manage the onboarding and handling of traditional investments across our U.S. Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and J.P. Morgan Advisors investment platforms. You'll also cultivate relationships with a range of investment management firms, promoting strategic initiatives to ensure our platforms and product suites remain competitive and evolve with the industry and regulatory landscape.
Our Team
As a part of Investment Solutions, our team is responsible for the onboarding and management of traditional investments, including mutual funds (MFs), exchanged-traded funds (ETFs), and separately managed accounts (SMAs) to the U.S. Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management, and J.P. Morgan Advisors investment platforms. We manage a diverse suite of over 5,000 investment products across these client channels, in discretionary, advisory, fee-based brokerage, and self-directed brokerage capacities.
We drive strategic initiatives to ensure our platforms and product suites are continually competitive, expanding in line with the firm's investment views, and evolving with the industry and regulatory landscape.
Our team cultivates and manages relationships with an array of investment management firms, from boutique asset managers to some of the largest investment managers globally, in order to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
+ Primarily focused on supporting key initiatives that enhance our investment platforms and product offering to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry and regulatory developments.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define objectives, assist in developing the framework and business requirements, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
+ Conduct research and analyses to evaluate the industry landscape to identify potential opportunities for enhancement to our platform and inform the direction of key initiatives.
+ Represent our investment capabilities and structures, serving as a subject matter expert to support decision-making.
+ Engage with external partners across the asset management industry to foster relationships and remain informed of industry insights.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ 1 - 3 years of experience in wealth management or other similar financial services experience
+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Diligent multi-tasking abilities
+ High-level of structure and organization
+ Precise attention to detail
+ Proficiency with core MS Office applications (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Series 7 and 63 licenses
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
+ Knowledge of mutual funds, ETFs, and SMAs, as well as product management / development experience is a plus
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
+ Experience working with legal agreements is a plus
+ Knowledge of programming language tool (e.g. Python) is an advantage
