Position Summary:
Perform various administrative and client service duties for the Wealth Management Department. Serves as a back-up for the Wealth Management Operations Assistant(s). All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist officers with relationship management by helping prepare for meetings, schedule meetings, prepare new account paperwork, and other various account management duties.
- Open new accounts
- Assists Wealth Management clients by phone, e-mail and in person.
- Responsible for late payment report and monitoring correspondence sent requesting payment.
- Assist with various department duties such as student loan file upkeep, assisting with committee meeting preparation, maintaining inactive trust and will file, production and organization of tax reporting documents, scholarship selection and preparation.
- Serve as backup to Operations staff

- Regularly sit for long periods of time, walk, bend over, stoop, and kneel.
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle objects, operate equipment such as 10-key pad, calculator, copier, PC keyboard and mouse.
- Occasionally use hands and arms to reach, lift, move, carry, pull, and push files/objects up to 20 pounds while sitting, standing, climbing or walking.
- Regularly use eyesight for close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
- Regularly use the sense of hearing.
- Regularly speak clearly using the English language.

- Noise level is usually moderate/conversational.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements

- High school diploma or GED required; one year of accounting-related experience and/or training preferred.
- Proficient computer skills (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively compose original correspondence and verbally exchange information with clients (internal and external) and vendors in a professional and positive manner.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, interpretive, and decision-making skills to identify, evaluate, and resolve issues/cases; interpret data to provide solutions. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision, take initiative, problem-solve, work under time-sensitive deadlines, and handle multiple projects at once. Excellent time management, organization, and project management skills.
