Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisor. An ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for coaching and guiding sales teams to success. Reporting directly to CFO and SVP, the Wealth Advisor will play a critical role in driving our sales initiatives forward and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
This position is hybrid - We are looking to hire in Oakville & Frederick, MD and Morgantown, WV
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales and acquisition teams to achieve all sales goals.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to team members.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
- Assign territories and quotas to sales representatives.
- Evaluate market trends and identify new client opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to refine sales strategies and goals.
- Maintain a customer-focused approach and address customer needs.
- Resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of three years of direct financial planning experience required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidate needs to have Series 7, and/or 63 & 65.
- Lastly, candidate needs to be a CFP (Certified Financial Planner).
