Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets in waterproofing and restoration solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product education sessions for clients and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, utilizing CRM software for tracking.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients regarding product specifications and installation processes.
- Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote products and network with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the waterproofing, roofing, or restoration industry.
- Strong understanding of building envelope solutions and waterproofing techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and conduct competitor analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly SalesForce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
