Job Title: Waterfront Services Project Manager
Reports to: Production Manager
Primary Focus: Responsible for managing and executing all administrative/office tasks in support of the waterfront field services and CRS warehouse operations
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
The Waterfront Services Project Manager will be based out of the Verona office. The Project Manager will manage all administrative tasks associated with the waterfront services and warehouse operations. This position will work in conjunction with the Waterfront Services Field Supervisor to effectively execute and manage these operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and overall performance of the service teams, as well as the safety of all crew/staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative and logistical prep work consisting of, but not limited to:
- Quoting waterfront services in Sugar, distributing quotes to customers and CRS Sales Reps, and following up to book jobs
- Posting job openings and expanding our exposure to generate the highest number of qualified candidates for waterfront services and warehouse operations (as needed)
- Managing the applicant screening, coordinating/conducting virtual and working interviews with prospective candidates, hiring, and on-boarding for waterfront crew members and warehouse staff
- Track milestones and key information for all quoted and booked jobs.
- Build the service job schedule, by team, for both installation and take down seasons, with a focus on maximizing logistical efficiency, profit margin, and customer requested timeframe
- Review, and approve, if necessary, all submitted receipts and weekly payroll forms
- Innovate and automate processes, develop and implement new SOP's
- Communication with customers regarding upcoming services, dates, customer deliverables, and CRS crew information
- Interface with customers on answering questions, creating and communicating quotes, etc.
- Assist the Field Supervisor by providing any/all administrative support
- Communicate frequently with the Product Sales Support Team to ensure:
- Product delivery deadlines (for installations) will be met, and if not, adjust the schedule accordingly
- Ensure all sold jobs have been entered into Sage and have been invoiced for the 50% deposit
- Ensure all deposits are paid prior to the scheduled service date, and all remaining balance invoices are submitted accurately and promptly upon job completion
- Serve as the CRS representative working through the H2B VISA application through the U.S. Department of Labor
- Track milestones through the application process and maintain frequent communication with our immigration attorney
- Serve as the primary communicator with the on-site contact/customer at each job location prior to the scheduled service date, keeping the Field Manager updated on all correspondence
- Business development initiatives:
- Gather drone pictures and video collateral of completed installations from the Crew Leaders and forward to the CRS Marketing department
- Promote the CRS service and repair business to our customers through various methods such as trade shows, E-blast campaigns, and routine communication
- Oversee all administrative tasks associated with the CRS warehouse operation, including, but not limited to:
- Inflatable repair, quoting, and invoicing
- Product and supply inventory
- Shipping & receiving orders
- Managing vehicle and equipment routine maintenance with documented records
- Additional responsibilities as assigned by the Production Manager
Preferred Education, Background & Skills:
- At least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree is preferred
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong inclination toward technology and creative methods to utilize IT to streamline processes
- Prior work experience in an Office Administrative/Logistics position

Travel Needs:
The Project Manager will work at the CRS office in Verona, and as such, significant travel is not expected. This position may require infrequent seasonal overnight and weekend travel for special situations and/or trade shows. Related travel expenses are covered by the company.
FSLA Exempt/Non-exempt Classification:
Exempt Classification:
This position is classified as Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and not subject to the requirements for payment for any hours worked in excess of 40 in a week (overtime). This position is expected to occasionally require hours in excess of 40 hours per week during seasonal needs, for business related travel or if related to a special project.
