Qualifications:
Preferred 5 years manufacturing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Familiarity with safety standards, including OSHA and environmental compliance regulations.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
