Job Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple water and wastewater treatment construction projects from inception to completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
• Perform detailed cost estimates for bids and ongoing projects
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing water/wastewater treatment construction projects
• Prior industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction experience is required
• Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
• Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and related construction techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
