Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple water and wastewater treatment construction projects from inception to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project success
- Perform detailed cost estimates for bids and ongoing projects
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental requirements
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in managing water/wastewater treatment construction projects
- Prior industrial, automotive, or manufacturing construction experience is required
- Proficiency in estimating software and project management tools
- Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and related construction techniques
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites
