About the Job
The Water Treatment Resident Engineer selected for this opportunity will gain experience in water treatment projects and construction. We are looking for a Resident Engineer that has 8+ years of experience in water treatment to work on-site and full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) in the Rancho Cucamonga area.
As a Water Treatment Resident Engineer, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily construction activities for water treatment projects, including plant upgrades and new facility construction
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve construction submittals, RFIs, and change orders
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, safety standards, and project specifications
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Collaborate with design engineers to resolve field issues and implement design modifications as needed
- Manage project budgets and schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Facilitate effective communication between all project team members and stakeholders

As a Water Treatment Resident Engineer, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or related
- Minimum of 8 years of resident engineering experience, which includes water treatment projects at construction phase
- Required: Experience in water treatment
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work permanently in the U.S. (i.e., without time limitations, without restrictions or without need for work sponsorship in the U.S.)
- Valid CA Driver’s License and proof of insurance
As a Water Treatment Resident Engineer, you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Civil Engineering or related
- Minimum of 8 years of resident engineering experience, which includes water treatment projects at construction phase
