We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team of engineers and scientists working on impactful projects in water resources, climate resiliency, and ecological restoration. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a variety of technical tasks and collaborate with experts to deliver innovative solutions across southern New England.

Key Responsibilities
Design and Development
- Perform a wide range of engineering and design tasks under the guidance of senior engineers and scientists.
- Conduct engineering calculations and apply technical guidance to support project goals.
Modeling and Analysis
- Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and analyses.
- Contribute to environmental impact assessments.
Project Collaboration
- Work with technical specialists on projects related to:
- Climate and flood resiliency
- Green stormwater infrastructure
- Ecological restoration
Field Work
- Support studies, planning, permitting, and construction administration.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s (or graduate) degree in environmental or civil engineering
- Relevant design experience in water resources engineering, climate resiliency, or ecological restoration projects.
- EIT preferred, ability to retain PE licensure a plus
- Experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D; HydroCAD, HEC RAS orother hydrology & hydraulics modelling a plus
