Job Summary: The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment facility to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and control plant processes and equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery.
  • Collect and analyze water samples for quality testing.
  • Maintain accurate records of operations and maintenance activities.
  • Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • California Wastewater Treatment Operator certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
