We are currently growing our Southern California Transportation Division, looking for Project Managers, Superintendents, and Estimators with Highways, Bridges, and Civil Infrastructure Construction experience.

Job Details
General Job Responsibilities:
Assess available projects in determining whether or not the project will generate a large enough margin to warrant spending time submitting a proposal.
Solicit subcontractors and prepare subcontractor scope packages for bidding
Negotiate pricing and terms with general contractors to ensure adherence with company pricing guidelines
Complete all cost proposals ensuring a detailed and accurate estimate.
Build estimate including sub/self-perform analysis items
Collaborate with the operations and finance group to evaluate project performance and to recommend refinements and improvements of all components of proposals
General Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field strongly preferred but not required.
Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience with any of the following types of projects: underground utilities, wastewater/stormwater collection systems,
Ability to prepare detailed, accurate estimates
