• Warranty Management
  • Oversee warranty-related construction projects from initiation to resolution.
  • Assess claims to determine if they qualify as warranty work or billable services.
  • Conduct thorough site visits, take photos, gather necessary information, and prepare reports.
• Repair Oversight
  • Perform minor stucco, siding, and masonry repairs, including addressing leaks and storm/tree damage.
  • Coordinate with estimators and subcontractors for larger repair projects.
  • Manage schedules, orders, materials, and labor to ensure timely completion.
• Team Collaboration
  • Lead and supervise subcontractors and employee installation teams.
  • Work closely with customers to provide regular updates and resolve concerns.
• Field Work and Safety
  • Conduct warranty walks with clients (1-year inspections).
  • Climb ladders and work on roofs, scaffolding, lifts, and other elevated structures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE and OSHA compliance.
  • Documentation and Software Usage
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty projects.
  • Utilize scheduling software like Acumatica and Go Calendar to manage operations.

• Experience: At least 1+ years in construction management, exterior construction, or a related role.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, waterproofing, and exterior envelopes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Experience with moisture meters, hygrometers, and repair tools.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors year-round, including climbing and handling repairs.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
• Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is highly beneficial.
