- Warranty Management
- Oversee warranty-related construction projects from initiation to resolution.
- Assess claims to determine if they qualify as warranty work or billable services.
- Conduct thorough site visits, take photos, gather necessary information, and prepare reports.
- Repair Oversight
- Perform minor stucco, siding, and masonry repairs, including addressing leaks and storm/tree damage.
- Coordinate with estimators and subcontractors for larger repair projects.
- Manage schedules, orders, materials, and labor to ensure timely completion.
- Team Collaboration
- Lead and supervise subcontractors and employee installation teams.
- Work closely with customers to provide regular updates and resolve concerns.
- Field Work and Safety
- Conduct warranty walks with clients (1-year inspections).
- Climb ladders and work on roofs, scaffolding, lifts, and other elevated structures.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE and OSHA compliance.
- Documentation and Software Usage
- Maintain detailed records of all warranty projects.
- Utilize scheduling software like Acumatica and Go Calendar to manage operations.
- Experience: At least 1+ years in construction management, exterior construction, or a related role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, waterproofing, and exterior envelopes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and resolve issues proactively.
- Experience with moisture meters, hygrometers, and repair tools.
- Physical Ability: Comfortable working outdoors year-round, including climbing and handling repairs.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in scheduling and project management software.
- Language Skills: Bilingual in Spanish is highly beneficial.
