Responsibilities
- Book warranty repair orders.
- Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up
- Service contract claim submission and follow up.
- Maintain warranty receivables schedules.
- Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors
- Multiline Phone System
- Schedule Service Appointments
- Billing Internal/Sublet Repair Orders
- Other tasks as needed, including back up for receptionist
Requirements
- Warranty experience preferred
- CDK experience preferred
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to work well with others and be part of a team
- Proficiency Microsoft Office
- General accounting knowledge preferred
