Warehouse Worker - Package Handler - Spherion

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Packer! In this essential role, you will contribute significantly to the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse, focusing on inventory management, order fulfillment, and various warehouse tasks. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, unload, and organize incoming inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and process orders for shipping while ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Work Environment Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Stock Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with overall stock management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to optimize workflow and achieve daily targets.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)

Skills:
- Packaging experience.
- Has operated warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (not required).
- Familiarity in the warehouse environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- A proven history of reliability and teamwork in a warehouse setting.

High School

Experience:
0-1 years

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
