Warehouse and Maintenance Team Member
What We Expect:
- Know what materials it takes to install a fence and how to do it well.
- Work with Warehouse Manager to ensure availability of materials and report needs and discrepenceis in a timely manner.
- Package raw materials fabricated products for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain accuracy in inventory software systems.
- Perform and/or coordinate preventative maintenance on company assets (fleet vehicles, power tools, trailers, etc)
- Interact with walk-in customers respectfully and professionally.
- Have the ability to multi-task and change tasks swiftly.
- Possess a strong attention to detail.
- Be driven to do better every day.
- Thrive in a team environment and be trusted to work independently.
- Deliver clear and thorough communication at all times between customer and inner-company.
- Be on time every day. Communicate in advance when possible or as soon as possible when problems arise.
- Do what you say you will do.
- Be open to criticism and be willing to do better.
- Maintain an active forklift license.
- Prepare orders for fence installation, customer pickup.
- Receive orders from vendors and check bill of ladings for accuracy.
What We Look For:
- Customer Service and/or Field Experience preferred.
- Current Driver's License with clean driving record.
- Willingness to subimt criminal background and drug-screen.
- Self-Acccountability, self-starting, and hungry to deliver ourstanding results.
- Clean Cut and Casual Appearance.
- Welding Experience is preferred.
- Mechanical Experience is preferred.
- Ability to accurately use tape measure and small hand tools is preferred.
Physical Demands:
- Lift 80lbs.
- Be willing to work in various weather conditions (including cold, hot, and rain) while maintaining safety standards.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
- Speak Enligsh (Spanish bi-linguel preferred)
