Job Description:
We are currently seeking a qualified Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and safety in all activities.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of daily operations.
- Train, mentor, and provide feedback to warehouse team members to optimize performance and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing and production departments to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Utilize SAP software to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to company standards and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, orders, or shipments in a timely manner.
- Perform regular inspections of equipment and facilities, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
- Operate forklift and other material handling equipment as needed to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 3-5 years in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and SAP software.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment is a must.
- Flexibility to work the designated shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
