Warehouse Supervisor (Temp-Perm Opportunity)

Rancho Cucamonga, CA

Pay: $25/hr
(Must be open to working OT, 10 hours shifts and Saturday during peak season, the company is currently in peak season, there is a potential to make higher earnings at this time).

A wholesaler and distribution center is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor:
- Product comes oversees by containers and are sold to all big box retailers, by full truckloads to the Distribution Centers.

Should be familiar with packing process or ASN’s or customer pallet requirements   

• Open and Close Warehouse
• Supervise warehouse pickers and put-away employees in record-tracking of new inventory delivered
• Supervise warehouse packers day to day work flow, ensure they’re packing/palletizing PO’s correctly
• Oversees the daily workflow of the warehouse; schedules and organizes staff to ensure proper staffing
• Supervise day to day operations, coordinate with all personnel from receiving, inventory, picking, packing and shipping phases
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments
• Motivate and coach employees
• Enforces established safety guidelines; promotes a safe workplace
• Able to plan and schedule effectively depending on order volume

Required Qualifications

1. At least 2 years' in a Supervisory Role  
2. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills
4. Ability to manage priorities and workflow
5. Ability to work independently  
6. Proven WMS skills
7. Proven Excel skills
8. Bilingual in English and Spanish
