Warehouse Supervisor - Miami

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations of the warehouse and staff.
- Manages the warehouse ensuring the receipt, coordination, and safety and goods coming through a warehouse.
- Ensures that order arrives and are dispatched on time to the appropriate destinations and in the expected qualities.
- Manage receiving, shipping, storage operations and handling of material ensuring accurate storage of common products.
- Ensure high quality customer service is delivered.
- Verify shipment for accuracy and documents discrepancies.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by implementing and enforcing procedures while adhering to maximum safety and regulations .
- Establish dispatch priorities and proper flow of merchandise while accelerate time frame of unloading, reloading, and dispatch of established goods
- Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees
Additional Responsibilities :
- Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
- Provides orientation and on-the-Job training for subordinates and ensure that the authority and responsibility for each position are defined and understood.
- Ensures that duties, responsibilities, and authority and accountability of all direct subordinates are defined and understood.
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Strong communication and writing stills
- At least 3 years experience in warehouse management
- Ability to work and stand long hours, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs;
- Understanding the international arena of Company and logistics and it’s own logic
- Attention to detail and demonstrate ability to multi-task
- Positive “can do” attitude with direct influence of same to the entire crew
- Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced working environment under tight deadlines.
- Ability to take direction well and with accuracy
- Accurate ON TIME reporting capability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
- Lead by example. Leadership skills and ability to manage staff;
- Strong managerial abilities and communication skills inside and to the outer world
- Forklift license and experience a PLUS
- HAZ MAT qualified a PLUS
- Experience with MAGAYA
- Bilingual in English & Spanish
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 Per Year
