Position: Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor will direct warehouse workloads in preparing forms and coordinating inbound and outbound material movements. You will supervise the distribution of EFCO forming systems safely and efficiently, managing daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, stacking, picking, packing, and palletizing EFCO forms. Ensuring warehouse operations run at full capacity, you will inspect materials to meet quality standards, determine storage spacing requirements, and schedule delivery and distribution of products to meet customer requirements. You will monitor warehousing operations, focusing on productivity, safety, quality, and timely returns. Coordinating trucking and shipping operations, you will make necessary schedule adjustments. You will oversee safety and environmental issues at all warehouse locations, ensuring equipment maintenance and a safe, clean environment. Additionally, you will perform other job-related duties and special projects, including compiling reports and documentation for the Warehouse Manager.
Qualifications:
A college degree or equivalent, or 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing or distribution is preferred. Familiarity with heavy equipment or construction experience is a plus. You must have the ability to read and interpret blueprints and possess mechanical aptitude with basic mathematical skills. Proficiency in reading a tape measure in 1/64" scale is essential. Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and PC skills are required. You must work effectively under pressure and exercise good judgment. The physical ability to squat, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs is necessary, and limited travel is required.
