Job Overview:

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of all shipments, leading a team of warehouse staff, and maintaining a strong focus on quality control and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement within the warehouse environment.

Shift Details:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 10:30 PM.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 10-15 full-time warehouse employees and oversee temporary staff during special projects.
• Develop, coach, train, and mentor team members to maximize their performance and career growth.
• Ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped within 24-48 hours, meeting daily shipping schedules and monitoring pick slips.
• Drive cost reduction and containment efforts while maintaining high-quality output in all assigned areas.
• Perform daily and weekly quality control checks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead the implementation of process improvement initiatives, including 3S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine) audits and WMS (Warehouse Management System) optimizations.
• Manage specialty kitting programs, including customer folder kitting and custom product kits.
• Lead SPQDC (Safety, Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metric reviews and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, such as receiving incoming shipments within 24 hours and meeting cycle count goals.
• Promote a safe work environment and actively participate in safety initiatives and the Leadership Team.
• Develop and implement daily and weekly cycle count programs to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct root cause corrective action work for process errors and inefficiencies.
• Continue to improve warehouse workflow and WMS processes to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and logistics processes.
• Forklift certification is preferred.
• Proven experience with process improvement, team development, and performance management.
• Strong attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to exceptional service.
