Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Summary: Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Assistant General Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and supervises all warehouse activities for an assigned work team on a shift basis.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee warehouse associates in receiving, storing, and shipping operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock control.
• Train and evaluate warehouse staff performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in warehouse management systems.
