Warehouse/Small Tool Mechanic - KE&G Construction, Inc.

KE&G Construction Inc., a leading heavy-civil contractor in southern Arizona, is seeking a highly motivated Warehouse/Small Tool Mechanic who desires to join our growing team and build a future as an employee-owner.

Ability to troubleshoot and repair small gas/diesel engines on a wide variety of small construction equipment i.e., compressors, generators, pumps, chain saws etc.

Receive, store, issue, re-order warehouse materials.

Willing to train the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Positive attitude and desire to excel while working with fellow employee-owners.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience.
• Clean driving record
• Some fabrication/welding skills a plus
• Must have own basic tools
• Ability to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings.

PERSONAL SKILLS:
• Must be able to effectively communicate.
• Will be required to work in a team environment with fellow employee-owners.
• Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lb
• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, and walk
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach occasionally
