Job Description:
- As a Shipping Associate, you will play a vital role in our logistics operations.
- Your primary responsibilities will include using ShipStation software to process orders, picking and packing products with precision, and managing inventory with the aid of electronic scanners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently process shipping orders using ShipStation software.
- Pick and package products accurately for dispatch.
- Use scanners to track inventory and update our database.
- Perform inventory management tasks, including stock checks and organizing.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure shipping standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize shipping and receiving processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency or ability to quickly learn ShipStation software.
- Familiarity with using scanners and other inventory management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift packages and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
