About the Job
Obtain multiple quotes for spare parts. Utilize Maintenance Connection software to create purchase requests for spare parts up to max levels. Investigate discrepancies, unit of measure issues, unidentified packages. Assist with Identifying, labeling, locating, and storing spare parts.
Responsibilities:Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Accurately create purchase requests from below min level reports. Request multiple quotes for spare part replenishment. Identify incoming packages and communicate with owners and investigating unidentified packages. Assist employees and contractors retrieving deliveries. Assist employees needing parts and supplies. Some vacation coverage for coworkers. Job will entail other misc. tasks.
Qualifications:Required
- Attention to detail: Accuracy is imperative. Basic knowledge of Excel and Outlook software. Strong ability to problem solve and multitask. Self-starter. Competent typing and ten-key skills.
Preferred
- Knowledge of MRO inventory management.
