Smith Brothers Farms, a leading producer and deliverer of milk to homes, schools, and business in the Puget Sound area for more than 100 years, is seeking a Warehouse Order Selector to join the team in Federal Way, WA. Minimum requirements: * Ability to read, write and speak English. * Must be able to communicate effectively with management & colleagues. * Must be able to use a pallet jack. * Must be able to multitask. * Candidates must join the Teamsters Local 117 for this position. * This is a safety sensitive position. We do preemployment drug testing, including THC. Physical requirements: * Frequently lift up to 50 pounds. * Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds. * Ability to perform tasks and responsibilities in cold conditions (36 degree F Cooler or Freezer). Essential duties/responsibilities: * Pick Orders throughout shift. * Stock in Cooler when picking is complete (when time allows). * Adheres to company policies, procedures, and business ethics. * Work cooperatively with management & colleagues. * Maintain a clean and neat work area. * Secure all equipment when not in use.
