This is a full-time non-exempt level position.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operator 1 will be responsible for operating and maintaining warehouse equipment. This includes the operation of forklifts, tanks, pumps, and associated utilities.
Job Requirements
+ Perform tasks utilizing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)
+ Operate equipment per production procedures
+ Complete production documentation & checklists
+ Forklift Certification
+ Drum material, transfer drums to tank, transfer product from tank to tank
+ Ability to sample product from drum, bulk tank, blend tank, and tanker
+ Inventory Accuracy
+ General warehouse cleanliness
+ Other Duties as required
Physical Requirements
+ Have ability to climb stairs & ladders, walk, stoop, bend, or stretch to open valves, check instrumentation and equipment
+ Have ability to stand for long periods of time
+ Have ability to work in humid conditions, non-weather related, as well as working in production areas not climate-controlled
+ Must have ability to lift 75 pounds; 40 pounds on a regular basis
Education & Training
+ Minimum of a G.E.D.
Experience:
+ 12 Months minimum warehouse or industrial experience (Citrus Preferred).
