Warehouse Operator - 5th HQ

We are looking for a skilled Machine Operator with expertise in manufacturing and production processes to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience operating and maintaining machines used in the fabrication of materials or food products. This role involves setting up machines, ensuring efficiency during production runs, and performing quality checks to maintain high standards.

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment for fabricating materials or food products.
• Adjust machine settings (e.g., speed, temperature, pressure) to meet production specifications.
• Conduct routine start-up, calibration, and shut-down procedures for machines.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Detect and resolve machine malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
• Ensure all production and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to comply with safety and hygiene requirements.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams for efficient workflow.
• Assist in training new operators on machine use and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Familiarity with production machinery, equipment adjustments, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills for logging production data and machine performance.
• Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical training is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with standing, bending, and lifting more than 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including refrigerated or heated areas (if applicable).
