Warehouse Operations Supervisor - eGourmet Solutions, Inc.

eGourmet Solutions is a National Fulfillment and Logistics Company specializing in the E-Commerce business of frozen, refrigerated and dry perishable goods. We're looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our expanding team. 

Job Description:

This position requires a positive and motivated candidate to manage the many facets of a high-volume facility. Great communication skills, ability to multi-task, promotes safety, prioritize and anticipate potential issues are key.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operations

• Plan the fulfillment of daily orders for the team(s) under his/her supervision.
• Supervise teams maximizing efficiency and productivity.
• Pack and ship orders according to SOP.
• Ensure accurate execution of SOP's for order fulfillment.
• Ensure the proper execution, accuracy, timeliness and shipping of orders.
• Assist with Inventory responsibilities such as maintaining inventory accuracy and organization.
• Meet or exceed productivity metrics.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting to Manager.
• Assist with various staffing tasks, including onboarding, training and performance.
• Assist in keeping the warehouse neat and organized.

Compliance

• Monitor and enforce compliance with all company SOP’s.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years of ecommerce fulfillment experience as a lead.
• Working flexible hours to accommodate completion of daily assignments including some weekends if necessary.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in a freezer at -5 degrees F.
• Ability to lift up to 60-lbs continuously throughout the day.
• Forklift certification.
• Professional written and verbal skills.
• Ability to lead by example.
• Ability to anticipate possible issues.
• Ability to exercise good judgement in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility in the schedule but primarily Monday-Friday, 7am-4pm.

Salary:

• $26 per hour
