We are Anatomy Warehouse; a small, quickly growing company, based in Skokie, IL. We supply students, schools, hospitals, training clinics, biomedical and pharmaceutical companies, and even the film industry, with anatomical models and healthcare simulation products. We are a leading global distributor of the world's most advanced anatomy models, healthcare simulators, dissection specimens, and medical training products. We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Operations Specialist. This role focuses on all inbound receiving, inventory management, and fulfillment operations in our 12,000 square foot warehouse + office facility in Skokie. Accuracy of all operations is critical for our business, customers, and growth, so we are looking for someone with prior experience working in a warehouse who is eager to learn and contribute to our company.
Note: this isnt just some youre a faceless part of the corporate machine warehouse job (*cough cough* Amazon *cough cough*). Youll be an integral part of our companys strategic vision and in a role that is vital to our success!
At a minimum, the ideal candidate possesses experience and skills such as:
- Experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Experience working with inventory and warehouse operations software.
- Experience with safety and compliance requirements and regulations.
- Experience with warehouse equipment (tablet, scanner, thermal printer, pallet jacks, etc.)
- A keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly, whether it is our systems, customers, products, or strategies, there is a lot to learn!
- A focus on solving problems wherever they arise and being comfortable pitching solutions to management.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to be on your feet and active for several hours at a time.
- Desire to commit to this role, not just get a job.

Compensation starts at a base salary of $40,000 and is commensurate with experience. Compensation also includes an additional annual performance bonus which starts at 8% of salary in year one and increases in future years with the company. Full-time employee benefits also include paid Holidays, discretionary paid time off, medical + dental + vision + life insurance, and a 401(k) profit sharing option.
This is a full-time position; hours are Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
