A fast-growing pipe manufacturing company is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to ensure accurate handling of raw materials and maintain high operational standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable in inventory and warehouse processes. Supporting the Inventory Manager, the new team member will drive operational excellence by overseeing material receiving, shipping preparation, and dock organization while fostering team collaboration and maintaining efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the receipt of raw materials, ensuring deliveries are accurate and entered correctly into the system for precise inventory records.
- Coordinate unloading, material placement, and documentation with receiving personnel.
- Assist in preparing materials for shipment, ensuring accurate packing, documentation, and labeling to meet schedule requirements.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dock, reinforcing a professional and efficient warehouse environment that aligns with company standards.
- 2-5 years supervisory experience
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- Forklift Certified
- Inventory Control
- Cycle-Counting
- Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution center environments.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively lead and communicate with receiving personnel to maintain workflow standards
- Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software to support accurate record-keeping
- Strong communication to relay and clarify instructions, ensuring alignment with the Inventory Manager and team
- In-depth understanding of receiving processes and inventory practices, ensuring smooth operations
- Knowledge of 5S’s/ Lean Manufacturing
- Supply Chain Management experience
- Certifications: ISM: CPSM, APICS: CSCP, CPIM, and LEAN
